		<description>Well, I agree that MOE Matriculation Programme should be enhanced! Personally, as  a matriculation student, I think that we should at least earn a proper certificate mentioning that we have completed our program, u know, just like foundation students. Its kinda appreciation to student. At least, its look classy, rather than just a result transcript. I wonder, why does MOE Matriculation is not world-widely recognised? Not like those IB, AUSMAT, CIMP, SAM, CPU, etc..</description>
