Yayasan Sime Darby sponsor promising young talent wishing to pursue their academic dreams in local or overseas universities.

This annual scholarship programme applies to high-flying, well-rounded candidates who wish to pursue pre-university (foundation) studies, undergraduate, or postgraduate studies locally and overseas.

Sime Darby invites qualified candidates to apply for education sponsorship to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at recognized universities commencing July 2009.

Requirements

SPM (minimum 7 A1s in subjects taken) AND any of the following:

  • STPM (CGPA of at least 3.5)
  • Local Matriculation / Diploma (CGPA of at least 3.5)
  • ‘A Level’ (minimum 3A)
  • Australian TER SAM / AUSMAT (minimum 90.0)
  • International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (minimum 36.0)
  • International Canadian Pre-University (minimum 85%)
  • Individuals pursuing their first or second year undergraduate studies must have latest academic result of at least 2nd class upper division
